These books I love

Gary Jennings: The Journeyer

It's the colourful, partly imaginary biography of the life of Marco Polo. Written with enormous amount of imagination and sensitivity. Brilliant!

Ken Follet: The Pillars of The Earth

The life of a stone mason in 13th century England whose dream is to build the most beautiful cathedral in the world. Magical emotionally charged narrative that draws you deep into the past.

Bill Bryson: The Short History of Nearly Everyting.

This extremely well researched and written book has been accused with being patronising. I disagree. This is a book for you if you want to learn the basics of science while being entertained. Bryson's writting are very Funny, this book is no exception
