The Look and The The Need

So many creative women feel they must make themselves look like clowns. Is is because they feel that they are taken more seriously in a male dominated world? Most women in business must be wearing suit for the same reasons. Pretty women in feminine dresses rarely get put in charge of anything. Do men really care or is it that women do? Men I know and respect seem not to care one bit about what women wear well unless it's their girlfriend/wife in public. So all this aren't men's fault really. So do creative women sporting crimson hair wearing flowing black outfits or something similarly 'different a look are doing it to impress and get respect from other women? Many who live mundane lives dream of something different and will look up to those aren't afraid of breaking the image mold. But, are women that look right ridiculous worthy of the admiration? Aren't they just insecure women who were forced out of their mundane existence by trauma, hiding their scars with their outlandish image?
Truly great creative women do not dye their talent into their hair.
